Meet Diana
Diana Theocharis is a Greek-American food blogger, recipe developer, caterer, and content creator dedicated to preserving and sharing the rich culinary traditions of Greece. Through her popular platform, Diana Is Cooking, she brings authentic Greek and Mediterranean recipes to life with beautiful food photography, engaging storytelling, and approachable cooking techniques, inspired by the recipes and traditions passed down through generations of her family.
Diana’s cooking reflects her deep connection to her Greek heritage and the island of Kefalonia by featuring rustic village dishes, elegant seasonal specialties, and a wide array of cherished recipes shared by family and friends.
Diana’s upcoming cookbook, to be released January 2027, will showcase a collection of her most prized recipes from all parts of Greece including her beloved Kephalonia, Corfu (Kerkira), Lefkada and beyond.
